# Math Learner vs Damy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Damy at 100% against Math Learner's 23%. Damy also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Math Learner's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (121K vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Math Learner sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Damy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Math Learner holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Math Learner has 121K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Math Learner's written reviews are positive against 100% of Damy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Math Learner ships an update every 2 weeks, Damy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
