# Habit Hub vs Avocation

The clearest difference is update cadence: Habit Hub at every 4 days against Avocation's fortnightly. Habit Hub also leads on ratings volume (8.1K vs 958). Avocation's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habit Hub sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Avocation sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Habit Hub against 4.6 for Avocation. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Habit Hub has 8.1K ratings behind it against 958, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 78% of Habit Hub's written reviews are positive against 80% of Avocation's.

Habit Hub ships an update every 4 days, Avocation fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
