# Noted vs ComicBase Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: ComicBase Mobile at 5.0 against Noted's 4.5. ComicBase Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 15) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Noted's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 25%) and ratings volume (3.7K vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noted sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. ComicBase Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

ComicBase Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noted has 3.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Noted's written reviews are positive against 25% of ComicBase Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Noted ships an update weekly, ComicBase Mobile every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
