# Assigned! vs Mindlist

The clearest difference is rating: Mindlist at 4.7 against Assigned!'s 4.1. Mindlist also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 33) and review sentiment (76% vs 62%). Assigned!'s advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Assigned! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mindlist sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mindlist holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindlist has 1.6K ratings behind it against 33, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of Assigned!'s written reviews are positive against 76% of Mindlist's.

Assigned! ships an update monthly, Mindlist fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
