# Meddys vs Organic

The clearest difference is rating: Meddys at 4.9 against Organic's 2.3. Meddys also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). Organic's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Meddys holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meddys has 8.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Meddys's written reviews are positive against 100% of Organic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Meddys ships an update every 2 weeks, Organic every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
