# Speech to Text vs Document Signer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Document Signer at 75% against Speech to Text's 37%. Document Signer also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). Speech to Text's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 9 days) and ratings volume (147 vs 26). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Speech to Text sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Document Signer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
