# PIF vs NiceList

The clearest difference is rating: NiceList at 5.0 against PIF's 4.3. NiceList also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). PIF's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NiceList holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PIF has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PIF ships an update every 5 weeks, NiceList every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
