# AMF vs Magic Flower

The clearest difference is update cadence: Magic Flower at every 3 weeks against AMF's every 5 months. Magic Flower also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). AMF's advantage is ratings volume (103 vs 20). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for AMF against 5.0 for Magic Flower. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AMF has 103 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 96% of AMF's written reviews are positive against 97% of Magic Flower's.

AMF ships an update every 5 months, Magic Flower every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on September 28, 2026.
