# Planetarium VR vs せみサウンド

The clearest difference is ads: Planetarium VR at none against せみサウンド's shown. せみサウンド's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Planetarium VR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and せみサウンド sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Planetarium VR ships an update every 6 months, せみサウンド every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
