# Zig vs EVENTIM BR

The clearest difference is monetization model: Zig at free against EVENTIM BR's free with in-app purchases. Zig also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks) and review sentiment (19% vs 9%). EVENTIM BR's advantage is ratings volume (170 vs 55). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EVENTIM BR holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 55 and 170 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Zig's written reviews are positive against 9% of EVENTIM BR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Zig ships an update every 6 days, EVENTIM BR every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
