# i vs Schivi

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Schivi at 100% against i's 16%. Schivi also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.4) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months). i's advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Schivi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: i has 23K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 16% of i's written reviews are positive against 100% of Schivi's.

i ships an update every 3 months, Schivi every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
