# fade! vs Spice Sort

The clearest difference is ads: fade! at none against Spice Sort's shown. fade! also leads on ratings volume (107 vs 5) and iOS requirement (8.1 vs 15.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. fade! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Spice Sort sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for fade! against 4.2 for Spice Sort. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: fade! has 107 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
