# Timekept vs Fullscreen Clock

The clearest difference is price: Fullscreen Clock at Free against Timekept's $2.99. Fullscreen Clock also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (2.2K vs 17). Timekept's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On device support there is nothing between them.

Fullscreen Clock is free to download; Timekept costs $2.99 up front. Fullscreen Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Timekept asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fullscreen Clock holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fullscreen Clock has 2.2K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Timekept's written reviews are positive against 76% of Fullscreen Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Timekept ships an update every 2 months, Fullscreen Clock every 9 days. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
