# Real Pool 3D vs Pool cleaning!

Real Pool 3D and Pool cleaning! both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Real Pool 3D's written reviews are positive against 22% of Pool cleaning!'s. Real Pool 3D also leads on ratings volume (68K vs 397) and chart position (#144 vs unranked). Pool cleaning!'s advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Real Pool 3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pool cleaning! sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pool cleaning! holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Real Pool 3D has 68K ratings behind it against 397, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Real Pool 3D's written reviews are positive against 22% of Pool cleaning!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Real Pool 3D ships an update every 7 months, Pool cleaning! weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
