# Construction Simulator PRO vs Ship Simulator 2018 3D

The clearest difference is rating: Construction Simulator PRO at 4.4 against Ship Simulator 2018 3D's 2.9. Construction Simulator PRO also leads on ratings volume (264 vs 13). Ship Simulator 2018 3D's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Construction Simulator PRO sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Ship Simulator 2018 3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Construction Simulator PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Construction Simulator PRO has 264 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Construction Simulator PRO's written reviews are positive against 25% of Ship Simulator 2018 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
