# Mattle Clock vs TES BotSE Companion

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mattle Clock at none against TES BotSE Companion's 7. Mattle Clock also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). TES BotSE Companion's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TES BotSE Companion sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Mattle Clock asks for nothing beyond the download.

TES BotSE Companion holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TES BotSE Companion has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Mattle Clock's written reviews are positive against 80% of TES BotSE Companion's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mattle Clock ships an update every 2 days, TES BotSE Companion every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
