# Verkada Command vs CrexendoVIP Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Verkada Command at 4.2 against CrexendoVIP Mobile's 3.3. Verkada Command also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (237 vs 27). CrexendoVIP Mobile's advantage is monetization model (free vs paid) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Verkada Command holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Verkada Command has 237 ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Verkada Command's written reviews are positive against 50% of CrexendoVIP Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Verkada Command ships an update weekly, CrexendoVIP Mobile every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
