# yeeyi vs uhomes.com

The clearest difference is ads: uhomes.com at none against yeeyi's shown. uhomes.com also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). yeeyi's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 42%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

uhomes.com holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: uhomes.com has 156 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of yeeyi's written reviews are positive against 42% of uhomes.com's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

yeeyi ships an update every 5 weeks, uhomes.com weekly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
