# Depengder vs Circular Defense

The clearest difference is rating: Depengder at 5.0 against Circular Defense's 3.4. Circular Defense's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Depengder sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Circular Defense asks for nothing beyond the download.

Depengder holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Depengder's written reviews are positive against 100% of Circular Defense's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Depengder ships an update every 5 weeks, Circular Defense every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
