# MyCollections vs mapping

The clearest difference is update cadence: mapping at every 5 days against MyCollections's every 3 weeks. MyCollections's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyCollections ships an update every 3 weeks, mapping every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
