# Karri vs Ed

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Karri at 91% against Ed's 25%. Karri also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.1) and ratings volume (227 vs 8). Ed's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Karri holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Karri has 227 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
