# Flair vs Hubitat Elevation

The clearest difference is rating: Hubitat Elevation at 4.1 against Flair's 3.2. Hubitat Elevation also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Flair's advantage is review sentiment (42% vs 24%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hubitat Elevation holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hubitat Elevation has 979 ratings behind it against 126, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Flair's written reviews are positive against 24% of Hubitat Elevation's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flair ships an update every 2 months, Hubitat Elevation every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
