# MilDrills vs RankEval

The clearest difference is rating: RankEval at 5.0 against MilDrills's 4.7. RankEval also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.6). MilDrills's advantage is ratings volume (33 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MilDrills sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year and RankEval sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RankEval holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MilDrills has 33 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MilDrills ships an update every 6 weeks, RankEval every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
