# Wayground vs Noji

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wayground at none against Noji's 21. Wayground also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). Noji's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noji sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Wayground asks for nothing beyond the download.

Wayground holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 42K and 14K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Wayground's written reviews are positive against 64% of Noji's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wayground ships an update monthly, Noji every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
