# Pivlite vs PixEz

The clearest difference is price: PixEz at Free against Pivlite's $3.99. PixEz also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.3) and ads (none vs shown). Pivlite's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

PixEz is free to download; Pivlite costs $3.99 up front. Pivlite sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and PixEz sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PixEz holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PixEz has 334 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 68% of Pivlite's written reviews are positive against 79% of PixEz's.

Pivlite ships an update weekly, PixEz monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
