# ProJammer vs Vocal Remover

The clearest difference is rating: Vocal Remover at 4.4 against ProJammer's 3.9. Vocal Remover also leads on ratings volume (8.1K vs 7). ProJammer's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (77% vs 50%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProJammer sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Vocal Remover sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vocal Remover holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vocal Remover has 8.1K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of ProJammer's written reviews are positive against 50% of Vocal Remover's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
