# GuySpeed vs XShorts

The clearest difference is rating: XShorts at 4.5 against GuySpeed's 4.0. XShorts also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). GuySpeed's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

XShorts holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XShorts has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
