# SAURES vs BlancVPN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SAURES at none against BlancVPN's 3. SAURES also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). BlancVPN's advantage is ratings volume (715 vs 4) and rating (4.3 vs 4.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BlancVPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. SAURES asks for nothing beyond the download.

BlancVPN holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BlancVPN has 715 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of SAURES's written reviews are positive against 45% of BlancVPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SAURES ships an update every 2 months, BlancVPN monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
