# Countdown Collection vs Countdown@

The clearest difference is rating: Countdown@ at 4.7 against Countdown Collection's 4.2. Countdown@ also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (40K vs 39). Countdown Collection's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (57% vs 37%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown Collection sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Countdown@ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown@ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Countdown@ has 40K ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Countdown Collection's written reviews are positive against 37% of Countdown@'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Countdown Collection ships an update every 5 months, Countdown@ every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
