# 笔尖日记 vs 极简待办

The clearest difference is update cadence: 笔尖日记 at every 3 days against 极简待办's every 8 months. 笔尖日记 also leads on ratings volume (119 vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 12.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 笔尖日记 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 极简待办 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for 笔尖日记 against 5.0 for 极简待办. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 笔尖日记 has 119 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

笔尖日记 ships an update every 3 days, 极简待办 every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
