# Stars and Ghosts vs TurnClock

The clearest difference is update cadence: TurnClock at every 3 weeks against Stars and Ghosts's every 12 months. Stars and Ghosts's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stars and Ghosts sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and TurnClock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stars and Ghosts ships an update every 12 months, TurnClock every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
