# Token Transit vs Nittany Express Ride

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nittany Express Ride at 100% against Token Transit's 39%. Token Transit's advantage is ratings volume (431 vs 4) and rating (3.3 vs 3.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Token Transit holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Token Transit has 431 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Token Transit's written reviews are positive against 100% of Nittany Express Ride's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Token Transit ships an update every 3 months, Nittany Express Ride every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
