# Zumiez vs tdK

The clearest difference is rating: tdK at 5.0 against Zumiez's 4.1. tdK also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Zumiez's advantage is ratings volume (5.2K vs 1) and chart position (#180 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

tdK holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zumiez has 5.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
