# TeeOff vs GolfPro

TeeOff and GolfPro both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of GolfPro's written reviews are positive against 56% of TeeOff's. GolfPro also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 15.0). TeeOff's advantage is ratings volume (9.9K vs 6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for TeeOff against 4.8 for GolfPro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TeeOff has 9.9K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of TeeOff's written reviews are positive against 100% of GolfPro's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
