# Grammatisch vs LiDe

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: LiDe at none against Grammatisch's 5. LiDe also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (82% vs 72%). Grammatisch's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (723 vs 6). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grammatisch sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. LiDe asks for nothing beyond the download.

Grammatisch holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grammatisch has 723 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Grammatisch's written reviews are positive against 82% of LiDe's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Grammatisch ships an update every 9 days, LiDe weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
