# FreightTracer Mobile vs MySpot Carrier

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FreightTracer Mobile at 75% against MySpot Carrier's 27%. FreightTracer Mobile also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). MySpot Carrier's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (9.1K vs 20). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MySpot Carrier holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MySpot Carrier has 9.1K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of FreightTracer Mobile's written reviews are positive against 27% of MySpot Carrier's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FreightTracer Mobile ships an update every 2 weeks, MySpot Carrier fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
