# GameScore vs Score sheet

The clearest difference is ads: GameScore at none against Score sheet's shown. GameScore also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 26) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.4). Score sheet's advantage is review sentiment (88% vs 66%). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GameScore sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Score sheet sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for GameScore against 4.6 for Score sheet. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GameScore has 1.4K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 66% of GameScore's written reviews are positive against 88% of Score sheet's.

GameScore ships an update every 3 weeks, Score sheet every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
