# 個人健康管家 vs Owll

個人健康管家 and Owll both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 66% of Owll's written reviews are positive against 31% of 個人健康管家's. Owll also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 7) and chart position (#61 vs unranked). 個人健康管家's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Owll sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. 個人健康管家 asks for nothing beyond the download.

個人健康管家 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Owll has 3.1K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of 個人健康管家's written reviews are positive against 66% of Owll's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

個人健康管家 ships an update monthly, Owll fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
