# MyJoyOnline vs news

The clearest difference is rating: news at 5.0 against MyJoyOnline's 3.5. news also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). MyJoyOnline's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

news holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyJoyOnline has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
