# MYBOX vs Жар

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MYBOX at 91% against Жар's 37%. MYBOX also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.1). Жар's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (4.2K vs 379). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MYBOX holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Жар has 4.2K ratings behind it against 379, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of MYBOX's written reviews are positive against 37% of Жар's.

MYBOX ships an update monthly, Жар fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
