# MYBOX vs Добрый кит

The clearest difference is monetization model: Добрый кит at free against MYBOX's free with in-app purchases. Добрый кит also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.0). MYBOX's advantage is ratings volume (394 vs 2) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MYBOX against 5.0 for Добрый кит. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MYBOX has 394 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MYBOX ships an update monthly, Добрый кит every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
