# Zero vs Intermittent Fasting. Tracker

Zero and Intermittent Fasting. Tracker both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 60% of Intermittent Fasting. Tracker's written reviews are positive against 32% of Zero's. Zero's advantage is ratings volume (445K vs 130) and chart position (#135 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zero sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Intermittent Fasting. Tracker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Zero against 4.7 for Intermittent Fasting. Tracker. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zero has 445K ratings behind it against 130, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 32% of Zero's written reviews are positive against 60% of Intermittent Fasting. Tracker's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
