# StarTimes ON vs OH

The clearest difference is rating: OH at 5.0 against StarTimes ON's 3.5. OH also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 21) and ads (none vs shown). StarTimes ON's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 0%) and ratings volume (215 vs 2). On price, update cadence and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StarTimes ON sells 21 one-off in-app purchases. OH asks for nothing beyond the download.

OH holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StarTimes ON has 215 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of StarTimes ON's written reviews are positive against 0% of OH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StarTimes ON ships an update every 2 months, OH every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
