# NotanIzer vs Inkwork

The clearest difference is price: Inkwork at Free against NotanIzer's $1.99. Inkwork also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 104). NotanIzer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 14) and chart position (#22 vs unranked). On review sentiment, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Inkwork is free to download; NotanIzer costs $1.99 up front. Inkwork sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. NotanIzer asks for nothing beyond the download.

Inkwork holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inkwork has 3.2K ratings behind it against 104, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of NotanIzer's written reviews are positive against 77% of Inkwork's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NotanIzer ships an update every 2 months, Inkwork every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
