# LeapFrog Academy™ Learning vs Instant Math Cards

The clearest difference is update cadence: Instant Math Cards at every 3 weeks against LeapFrog Academy™ Learning's every 4 months. LeapFrog Academy™ Learning's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LeapFrog Academy™ Learning sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Instant Math Cards sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LeapFrog Academy™ Learning ships an update every 4 months, Instant Math Cards every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
