# DJI Go4 vs GPSPlus

The clearest difference is price: DJI Go4 at Free against GPSPlus's $5.99. DJI Go4 also leads on ratings volume (6.6K vs 99). GPSPlus's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

DJI Go4 is free to download; GPSPlus costs $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GPSPlus holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DJI Go4 has 6.6K ratings behind it against 99, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of DJI Go4's written reviews are positive against 19% of GPSPlus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DJI Go4 ships an update every 3 months, GPSPlus every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
