# FishDonkey vs Fish Battles

The clearest difference is rating: Fish Battles at 5.0 against FishDonkey's 4.0. Fish Battles also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). FishDonkey's advantage is ratings volume (87 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fish Battles holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FishDonkey has 87 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
