The clearest difference is rating: Notes+ at 4.7 against Cloud Campus's 3.0. Notes+ also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 2). Cloud Campus's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 35) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes+ sells 35 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Cloud Campus asks for nothing beyond the download.
