# Texas Tech Stickers vs ResearchGate

The clearest difference is ads: Texas Tech Stickers at none against ResearchGate's shown. Texas Tech Stickers also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). ResearchGate's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 113 months) and ratings volume (15K vs 19). On price, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ResearchGate holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ResearchGate has 15K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Texas Tech Stickers's written reviews are positive against 46% of ResearchGate's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Texas Tech Stickers ships an update every 113 months, ResearchGate every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
