# Nowsta vs NextCrew Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Nowsta at 4.1 against NextCrew Mobile's 2.6. Nowsta also leads on ratings volume (867 vs 60) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nowsta holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nowsta has 867 ratings behind it against 60, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Nowsta's written reviews are positive against 43% of NextCrew Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nowsta ships an update every 2 weeks, NextCrew Mobile monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
